week, during L&G hours.
Exemplary Service
Updated Loan Status available daily,
and your loan documents delivered to the Title Company
three business days prior to the closing date, (purchases
only), or L&G will waive up to $750.00 of our internal
fees.**
Customer for Life
Upon funding of a first mortgage
with L&G, you will become a “Customer for Life.” L&G
will waive up to $750.00 of internal fees whenever
you refinance or purchase a subsequent primary or secondary
residence.***
